Smart Choice Housing
Established in 2019, Smart Choice Housing has been set up to provide temporary accommodations for the local authorities for homeless families, social services and domestic violence individuals.
What We Do
We are committed in supporting individuals and neighbourhoods, listening to our clients and delivering excellence in performance and service delivery. We work with the most in need of housing to provide a quality, robust service to enable our clients to lead an independent life. Our highly trained staff support with life skills and providing advice to assist individuals with employment and training. We are also provide clients with access to food banks especially those facing financial hardships.
Our Aims
- Provide high standards of housing which are well maintained and which will be a solid base from where an individual can progress.
- Improve the quality of life for our clients by providing a tailor made approach to each individuals requirements.
- Respect and support our clients individual rights, independence and choices with dignity. We will provide practical advice to our clients whilst respecting their choices.
