Smart Choice Housing has a variety of supported accommodation units across Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are happy to take on clients, aged 18-65, through referrals and acceptance is based on an assessment by our qualified team. We accept referrals through various agencies such as:
- W.A.I.T.S.
- Midland Heart
- Trident Reach
- Birmingham City Council
- Other statutory & voluntary organisations
We also accept self referrals.
Our team will conduct a referral assessment at an interview to ensure referred clients meet the eligibility for accommodation.
